SBS is here again!

Friendsgiving is over. Thanksgiving is complete. Black Friday is thankfully passed (and I slept through most of that madness.) So now comes a major day. A big day for small businesses across America. Small Business Saturday!

Each year, Rows & Roses hosts a Small Business Saturday event like no other. From huge sales, to new products, and even a hot cocoa buffet, where you can build your perfect cup of cocoa to sip while you shop. But the best part, of course, is the giveaway…

Come into Rows & Roses on Small Business Saturday, and enter to win a collection of items and gift cards from local small businesses all over town! From restaurants, to retail shops, and everything in between, one lucky shopper will take it all. The more you shop, the more entries you earn. And hey, you can even earn your entries by shopping online if you don’t want to leave the house! Sweet.

Let's meet our partners!

Decks & Dice

This local game store has it all! Pokemon, D&D, Warhammer, Magic, and so much more. Bring your group and claim one of the community tables to get your game on!

Decks & Dice has dropped a () into the basket for us. Give them a like on Facebook, and make sure you swing by. They’re just right next door to your favorite yarn shop!

First Chapter Bookshop

Have you stopped into our local book store yet? If not, you’re in for a treat! Taylor has a curated collection of wonderful, unique items and novel gift ideas (see what I did there?) that you won’t find anywhere else. If she doesn’t have the book you want, she can order it for you. And the cozy sitting area, with it’s couches, chairs, and pillows, is the perfect place to snuggle down with your favorite read.

First Chapter has graciously dropped a () into the basket for us. Make sure to follow them on Facebook and check them out on Ram Cat Alley the next time you’re in town.

The Plant Parlor Cafe

Welcome to our newest small business! The Plant Parlor Cafe, located on Ram Cat Alley in beautiful downtown Seneca, offers respite to the plant lover, coffee lover, and pastry lover all at once. Enjoy a latte and a Danish, while browsing the many interesting plants for sale. You can even build your own terrarium to take home. What a fun gift!

The Plant Parlor Cafe has been generous and added a () to the gift basket. Like them on Facebook, and make sure to check them out soon! You’ll love it there.

Keowee Brewing Co.

Now this place in near and dear to my heart, not least of all because I work there now… Keowee Brewing Company has long been my favorite place to eat in Seneca. Weekly specials, amazing burgers and flatbread, and some of the best beer you’ll have anywhere! We have gluten-free options, NA options, Music Bingo, live music, and so much more.

KBC has been kind enough to drop in a $20 gift card so our winner can go give them a shot! I’m sure you’ll love them as much as I do. Make sure to follow them on Facebook!

Nevermore Tattoo

It just wouldn’t be Small Business Saturday without a tattoo, would it? Brock at Nevermore Tattoo, located near Ingles and Publix, offers a style all his own. His dotwork is superb, and his line work is extra smooth and even.

Nevermore has added a $50 gift card to the basket, so somebody’s getting some ink! Go follow them on Facebook, and make sure to check out his work.

BREWS on the Alley

If you’re looking for a quaint and cozy coffee spot that doubles as a fun hangout with great beer on tap, look no further! BREWS is just the place for you. From fun drinks like Italian sodas, to delicious muffins, to beer on tap and in a can/bottle, meet your friends here for a great time. The staff are super friendly and ready to serve you.
